Terms of service

Agreement and parties

These terms are between you and Pending entity registration[LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Garbí", "we", "us"). By using the Garbí Dentalwebsite or service, you agree to them. A clinic's use of the service is also governed by its order form and Business Associate Agreement, which control if they conflict with these terms.

The service

Garbí runs the front-office workload for a dental practice. The service today includes the AI voice agent, AI messaging over SMS and email, lead capture, smart scheduling with calendar sync, automated reminders, the retention and campaign engines, the command center dashboard, ROI reports, the compliance layer, and guided onboarding. It complements your practice management software and does not replace it.

Roadmap features

We describe some features as coming later. Anything not listed as available today, including payments, insurance verification, online booking, review generation, outbound calling, digital intake, and a patient portal, is roadmap and is not promised. Do not purchase in reliance on a feature that is not yet available.

Website use

The content on this website is ours. Do not scrape it, copy it for a competing purpose, or use it in a way that breaks the law or these terms.

Clinic responsibilities

As a clinic using Garbí, you agree to:

  • Obtain and document patient consent for calls and text messages, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and applicable law.
  • Register your own A2P 10DLC brand and campaign truthfully, using accurate information.
  • Keep the data you provide to us accurate.
  • Keep a human in the loop for clinical decisions. Garbí handles operations, not care.
  • Comply with the healthcare laws that apply to your practice.

Fees and billing

The service is a one-time onboarding fee plus a subscription. Monthly billing runs month to month with no long-term lock-in. Annual billing is optional and is discounted 12% off the monthly rate. Each tier includes an allowance for voice minutes, SMS, and email; usage beyond the allowance is billed at $0.08 per voice minute, $0.02 per SMS, and $0.005 per email. We give at least 30 days' notice before a price change. Fees are exclusive of taxes.

Term and termination

Monthly plans renew month to month and can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans run for their term. On termination, we provide a window to export your data, after which data is deleted or returned in line with the Business Associate Agreement.

HIPAA and the Business Associate Agreement

For clinics, the Business Associate Agreement governs how we handle protected health information and controls over anything in these terms that conflicts with it.

AI output

The service uses AI, which can make mistakes. Its output is operational assistance, not medical advice. The clinic remains responsible for patient care and for final scheduling and clinical decisions.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as Twilio and Google Calendar. We are not responsible for their availability, and their own terms apply to their part of the service.

Intellectual property and feedback

We own the service and its software. You own your data. If you send us feedback, you grant us a license to use it to improve the service.

Confidentiality

Each party protects the other's confidential information and uses it only to perform under these terms.

Warranty disclaimer

Except where we commit otherwise in writing, the service is provided as is. Any uptime commitments for Enterprise plans are set in the order form.

Limitation of liability and indemnification

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You indemnify us for claims arising from a failure to obtain patient consent or from violations of calling and messaging law tied to lists or contacts you provide.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pending entity registration[LEGAL ENTITY NAME], and disputes are handled in that venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will update the date at the top of the page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
